Daher is no. 1 for the second consecutive year with its TBM very fast turboprop aircraft in Pro Pilot magazine’s annual product support survey
Tarbes, France, August 31, 2022 – For the second consecutive year, Daher has been rated no. 1 for aftersales service with its TBM very fast turboprop aircraft family in Professional Pilot magazine’s yearly corporate aviation support survey.
Its 9.04 overall score was the highest for any of the turboprop- and jet-powered corporate aircraft manufacturers covered by the magazine’s latest annual analysis.
“Our #1 ranking again this year underscores the continued emphasis on maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction – built on our TBM Care team’s dedication and the commitment of our global Service Center network,” stated Nicolas Chabbert, the Senior Vice President of Daher’s Aircraft Division. “I want to personally thank the TBM owners and operators who provided their input for the 2022 survey, and who represent the passion of the Daher aviator community.”
Conducted for the past 32 years, the Pro Pilot assessment incorporates responses of corporate aircraft owners and operators in seven categories: spares availability, company response time, the cost of parts, service speed in AOG (aircraft on ground) situations, technical manuals, technical representatives and service satisfaction.
The survey includes comments from responding aircraft owners/operators. TBM inputs for the 2022 survey included the following feedback:
- “We love our TBM 940, and we love the Daher people and culture even more. They have a true ‘spirit to serve.’”
- “All we’ve received from Daher has been phenomenal customer service. There is 24/7 availability.”
- We’ve received prompt responses to all our requests, and extensive documentation and manuals are easily accessible. Also, our TBM 940 is under a 5-year broad warranty, which is a much appreciated benefit of a new aircraft.”
Raphael Maitre, the Daher Aircraft Division’s Vice President of Customer Support, said: “The 2022 survey reflects our comprehensive support strategy that covers an increasingly wide spectrum – from responsive aircraft updates, quality management, sales and the training experience to a major emphasis on our digital initiatives and an unabated focus on controlling the costs of spares.”
